Coaching Program to Create Healthier Habits

Create a healthier lifestyle for you (and your family) by setting SMART goals and successfully achieving them. I will coach you on strategies to enable you to develop more healthy habits and cut down on unhealthy habits, customized to your individual lifestyle so that you can sustain these changes for the long run. Unlike other programs which focus on short-term and quick results, I will equip you with tools that you can use to maintain your good habits and to continue to make more positive changes to your lifestyle even after the program is over.

We will meet weekly virtually. In addition to 1-on-1 coaching to help you achieve your goals, you will receive an exercise book for this program with written exercises to help you plan and work on your weekly goal. Get inspired, benefit from accountability and achieve your goals.
