Go for: The most amazing, sore-inducing workouts (the best kind of sore that you know means whatever you are doing IS working). The classes are always evolving, and I’ve yet to complete the same workout twice (in over a year).
The difference I’ve felt in my body really motivates and helps me appreciate each weekly class.

“I've been a regular since the beginning of last summer in one of Bushra's weekly HIIT Classes. I knew starting the new year I wanted to go a little further so I signed up for her nutritional coaching. My husband and I have done the intermittent/fasting plans and the weighing everything and counting calories plans over the years but I know that's not how I want to live the rest of my life!
