Fitness Class for Men, Women and Youth 13+
Schedule:
Mondays 6:30-7:25pm
Wednesdays - 7-7:50am
Format: Bootcamp, Strength, HIIT, Circuit
Equipment: Dumbbells, medicine balls, BOSUs, battle rope, kettlebells, jump rope, agility ladder, resistance bands, bodyweight + more
Classes consist of fast-paced, high intensity exercises, Have fun, get the heart-pumping and be prepared to be sweating it out in no time! Expect a mix of cardio and full-body strength exercises in each class. (Lunges, squats, push-ups, planks, jump rope, hill sprints burpees and much more!
Enjoy new exercises and a different format each week so that your body is challenged in new ways! Make new friends at the same time! Classes take place outside, in a small group setting (3-8 people.) Please bring a mat.
Form Refresher Session recommended before buying a punch card.
