Fitness Classes for Women

Schedule:

Mondays 9:30-10:30am

Wednesdays - 10:15-11:15am

Format: Bootcamp, Strength, HIIT, Circuit

Equipment: Dumbbells, medicine balls, BOSUs, battle rope, kettlebells, jump rope, agility ladder, resistance bands, bodyweight + more

Classes consist of fast-paced, high intensity exercises, Have fun, get the heart-pumping and be prepared to be sweating it out in no time! Expect a mix of cardio and full-body strength exercises in each class. (Lunges, squats, push-ups, planks, jump rope, hill sprints burpees and much more!

Enjoy new exercises and a different format each week so that your body is challenged in new ways! Make new friends at the same time! Classes take place outside, all year round in a small group setting (3-8 people.) Please bring a mat.

Form Refresher Session recommended before buying a punch card.
