Fitness Classes for Women

Schedule:

Mondays 9:30-10:30am

Wednesdays - 10:15-11:15am

Classes consist of fast-paced, high intensity exercises, starting with a warm-up and ending with a 15-minute full-body stretching session. Expect a mix of cardio and full-body strength exercises in each class. We’ll be doing exercises from lunges and squats to push-ups and plank rows, not to forget: the likes of jump rope, 50m sprints and burpees! Enjoy new exercises and a different format each week so that your body is challenged in new ways! Use dumbbells, steps, medicine balls and more! Have fun, get the heart-pumping and be prepared to be sweating it out in no time! We love talking in class, so enjoy some fun social time and make new friends at the same time! Classes take place outside, all year round in a small group setting (3-8 people.) Please bring a mat.

Form Refresher Session required before buying a punch card.
